This is all that is said about it.
"Comprehensive medical, dental and vision for full-time Associates
Special medical, dental and vision plans for part-time Associates "
I'll be working part-time, but I'm not exactly sure what "special" could mean. I really need insurance since I'm a college student.
I have orientation in a few days, so I'll ask then, but I'm just looking for any tips as to what that could mean. thanks
Can someone explain the insurance at my new job?
You will most likely be offered a plan that costs more money and offers less services than what is offered to full time employees. You can replace the word "special" with the word "different" in that sentence, I think.
Reply:probably means u pay more towrd then if u were full time many colleges off insurance plans that may be cheaper better and often college kids can stare on their parents health care plan til age 23
