Is there such thing as a Dental Hygiene Certificate ?
well it depends on what exactly you're referring to as to 'certificate'.
graduates of hygiene program will take a licensure exam in order to practice hygiene. they receive a 'certificate' and are Registered Dental Hygienists or RDH.

Reply:Not really. Most dental hygiene programs are completed with an associates or bachelor's degree. However, if you live in the state of Alabama, you can get a dental hygiene certificate. This certifies you to practice dental hygiene ONLY in the state of Alabama. You cannot use your certificate anywhere else in the United States. I do not believe there are any other states that offer this certification.
