Do you think my plan for the future is realistic?

After sitting and thinking about what I want to be and how I want to do it, my plan is as such:

I am a senior in high school and obviously i will get my high school diploma.

Then I will move onto a community college for two years, obtaining my associates in Dental Hygiene (this way I have a decent paying job throughout college, and i also like dentistry)

Then I will transfer to a university and attend there for two years to obtain my bachelor's in marine science.

From there I will move onto a 4-year med school, specializing in anesthesiology.

(this is where i leave dental hygiene)

Lastly, I will have four years of doing residency, and then i'm off.

all the while passing the MCATs and so on...

so, does my future look bright?

Do you think my plan for the future is realistic?
Unless you load up on classes, it will probably take a little more than two years to get your bachelors. There's a very strong chance that not all of the dental hygiene classes can or will be transfered.

If you're working full time while you complete your bachelors and while you go to med school, you may not be able to also go to school full time. It will depend on your work hours, when classes are offered, and how difficult the classes are for you.

If you stick to it, you will be doing well. It's nice to see someone young so motivated. Good luck!!!
Reply:u planned as much as u can. it's very GOOD for yr bright future . BUT do u think it's take many long time... if u got more patient , just carry on .. good luck. try yr best to make yr life much be better..
Reply:First off, your future will be as bright as you make it!!! You sound like you really want this so my best wishes are with you.

Don't plan on working in med school unless you have to. This might make your grades drop a bit. You want to do great and score well on the USMLE1 so that you are competitive for your residency selection.
