What is the fastest job training program that makes the most money?

For example, medical billing and claims, dental assistants, pharmacy techs, massage therapists... ect., I need a decent job to pay for my college and support my family, but i dont have much time to get it. i want to get a certificate in a year and a half or less, possibly 2 years... so i cant go to college for what i want, and not waste time getting an associates in applied science, which should only take 2 years but for my schedule it will take around 4 or 5. thats too long. does anyone have any suggestions? im versatile and i can do just about anything. any suggestions are welcome, thank you
